To offer employees of companies with more than 200 employees who deploy this operation the possibility to support ELA by making monthly micro-donations on their pay slip.
Amount
Variable and chosen by the employee.
Duration
It is decided by the company.
Description
• The donation is voluntary on behalf of the employee.
• It is deducted automatically from the net salary.
• The company also has the possibility of matching the donations.
• It is implemented by a dedicated platform.
• No commission is charged on the donations raised.
Impacts
For employees:
• participating in a common solidarity-based cause,
• this will have very little impact on their purchasing power and they will receive a tax receipt at the end of the calendar year.
For the company:
• the approach concretises social responsibility,
• the company’s reputation is strengthened.
For example: an employee chooses to donate cents from their salary + €2 to ELA. The donation is shown on the pay slip and the employer has the option to match the amount.
