By becoming a member, you give our association greater weight and commitment.<\/h3>\n

You will have the opportunity to vote on resolutions concerning the association’s policy at the Annual General Meeting, to elect members of the Board of Directors and, if you wish, to stand for election.<\/p>\n

The Board is made up mainly of people with leukodystrophies and their families (ascendants, descendants, direct siblings) and is renewed by thirds each year at the Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n

To become a member, you can make your payment by credit card by filling in one of the two forms at the bottom of the page.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The annual membership fee, defined in article 3 of the association’s articles of association, is set at each Annual General Meeting and currently stands at \u20ac9. Membership is effective from the date of joining until the end of the calendar year. Membership is individual. You must therefore specify on the membership form the name of the main member and the names of any members attached to the same address.<\/p>\n

In accordance with ELA’s articles of association, your application for initial membership must be approved by the Board of Directors. You will be notified of the Board’s decision by returning the completed form using the button below.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n
