The concept<\/h3>\n

It’s a race in name only, because it’s not timed. Whether you’re running with family, friends or colleagues, the important thing is to get together for an act of generosity!<\/p>\n

Two routes are available:<\/p>\n

\u2022 the 2km discovery trail, accessible to wheelchairs and jo\u00eblettes,<\/p>\n

\u2022 the 5km walking course, which is not accessible to wheelchairs and jo\u00eblettes,<\/p>\n

No medical certificate is required to take part.<\/p>\n

Since its creation, the Course des H\u00e9ros has mobilized 20,000 participants, 1,500 companies and raised \u20ac30 million.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n

\n How does it work? <\/h3>\n

\n \u2022 When you register, you choose your beneficiary association and pay the registration fee (\u20ac13 for individuals and \u20ac29 for the family pack).
\r\n\u2022 Before the race, you can collect donations for this association by launching an Alvarum online crowdfunding.
\r\n\u2022 To validate your registration, you need to reach a minimum fundraising threshold of \u20ac250 for individuals or \u20ac400 for families.
\r\n\u2022 The day of the race, you can choose the route of your choice and share a festive and convivial moment! \n <\/p>\n\n \n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n

ELA and the Course des H\u00e9ros, a long-standing relationship<\/h3>\n

Every year, parents of children suffering from leukodystrophy, as well as ELA supporters and sponsors, take part in this great gathering of solidarity!<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n
